So essentially its a business of people, and sometimes as we grow and evolve as agents, our direction and ethos grows and develops as we learn our trade and learn how what do, affects others peoples lives in such deep and long lasting ways.

The Garwoods have been working in and around the Lower North Shore for some years now, and our entry into this market began working in conjunction with belle property. We have had a strong and important connection during that period with a large brand , were names no 6 sales agent in the Australasian network, won an award of excellence for highest sales growth, but the time came for a change in direction and the opportunity to grow our business with our own values and imprint.

Over those years we have sold more than 70 properties, over most of the suburbs of the Lower North. A great many of those have been suburb records and have set a benchmark for that suburb at the time of the sale. The most important thing that we have done in our years to date with belle property, was to build wonderful and long lasting relationships. We have built a personal brand that is about those relationships, that is about the best possible results for those involved, that is about service, and that is about the ethos of integrity and co-creation.

Garwoods Real Estate is our brand , and based on a culture of working together with our very important vendors and our very important buyers, all of whom rely on those core essential values to help them experience the best possible outcome when transacting property. What many real estate agents don't realise, is how important our buyers are, to our vendors outcome. Those buyers will one day become a vendor and without their trust and belief in us as agents, we cannot achieve the level of connection that is needed to help our vendor to sell their property in the best possible way.

So we have created a new brand, one hat has at is core, a belief in doing what is right and in helping people a much as we can, to have an experience worthy of the money that they are spending, and the life they are investing in.
